Le secteur du bâtiment est éminemment physique par nature, et ce n’est pas le secteur auquel on pense en premier quand il s’agit de transformation digitale. Pourtant il n’y a aucune raison qu’il ne soit pas concerné, étant un secteur technique, où l’innovation est importante, les savoir-faire et les métiers variés et doivent nécessairement collaborer les uns avec les autres.

Transformation digitale et Recrutement

Entretien avec Stéphanie Moles-Rota, fondatrice du cabinet de recrutement international SEMARE

Le recrutement est à la fois un métier, une fonction de l’entreprise, et une filière d’activités propre, qui sont tous les deux concernés au premier plan par la transformation digitale. On voit d’ailleurs de grands acteurs émerger et décliner ou se faire remplacer à une échelle assez rapide (job boards, par ex.), de manière plus rapide d’ailleurs que les évolutions de pratiques internes à l’entreprise. Sous un autre angle, on voit se multiplier les cabinets de chasseurs de tête, alors qu’on aurait pu croire cette profession très challengée par les offres de services numériques. Qu’en est-il en réalité ?

Entretien avec Damien Alexandre, Directeur en Systèmes d’Information

On parle beaucoup des CDO dans la transformation digitale, un peu moins des DSI alors que le digital, et les sujets chauds du moment, sont fondamentalement de l’informatique : cloud, big data, Internet des Objets…

Je suis aujourd’hui avec Damien Alexandre, Directeur en Systèmes d’Information, pour discuter ensemble de transformation digitale et de DSI. Damien nous exprimera à travers son expérience personnelle dans plusieurs grands groupes, dont les plus récents sont LVMH et SwissLife, et son observation du marché le rôle que jouent et que peuvent jouer encore davantage les DSI en matière de transformation digitale.
